On Thursday 20th and Friday 21st of April, various partners involved in the EU Horizon project IMPROVA met at the Sant Joan de Déu Research Foundation in Barcelona to celebrate the launch of the project and hold preliminary discussions regarding the organisation of the work packages. The IMPROVA project entails the development of an eHealth intervention in secondary schools across Europe with the intention of improving mental health and mental health awareness, as well as early detection of mental health issues among teens.

The event was hosted by Rodrigo Antunes Lima, the project’s coordinator, and was attended both in-person and online by participants coming from all over Europe. The event allowed participants to present their work packages, raise questions and strengthen collaboration between the various actors involved in developing the project. The event was a great success and marked an excellent start to a very promising initiative.
